Privacy notice
What InspireCore Education does with the details you give us on this website, and how to reach us about them.
What we collect
Parents (Request a tutor and the quote form): your name and phone number, and if you add them, your email, area, your child's level and subjects, and your message.
Tutors (Become a tutor): your name, email, phone number, qualifications, subjects, levels, the areas you teach in and what you tell us about yourself.
How we use it
To reply to you, send your quote and find a tutor for your child, and to assess tutor applications and match tutors with families. When we suggest tutors, we tell them your child's level, subjects and area. We give your tutor your contact details only after the free trial lesson, and only with your permission.
Tutors who ask to be listed can appear on our Tutors page once we've agreed their profile with them: first name, subjects, levels and a short description, never their contact details.
Who else handles it
We don't sell your details. These services handle them for us: Cloudflare (runs this website), FormSubmit (delivers form messages to our inbox) and Google (our email, our tutor records and Google Analytics). Some of them store data outside Singapore.
Website analytics
Google Analytics shows us which pages people visit and how they found us. It uses cookies and never receives your name, phone number or form answers. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Then we delete it.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
To see or correct the details we hold about you, or to ask us to stop using them, email our Data Protection Officer, Charlie, at charliechancyx@gmail.com. You can also message us on WhatsApp. We'll reply as soon as we can.
