We are always looking for exceptional educators who believe, as we do, that the relationship with the student is the foundation of everything.
What We Look For
The standard
we hold
our tutors to.
We carefully select tutors who bring both academic excellence and the right mindset, because your students deserve nothing less.
Reliability
Families trust us to send someone dependable. Punctuality, consistency, and advance notice when unavailable are non-negotiable.
What We Look For
Beyond
knowledge,
we look for heart.
The best learning happens when students feel seen, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.
Communication Skills
The ability to explain concepts clearly, adapt to feedback, and keep parents informed. This is as important as subject mastery.
Genuine Care
We can tell, and more importantly children can tell. We look for tutors who are invested in their students as people, not just as pupils.
